I have been on the search for my staple tinted moisturizer for years now! With the warmer weather approaching I began my hunt again. I had gotten samples from a few more brands at Sephora. I was pretty impressed with Laura Mercier's Oil free one. Didn't love it but figured it would do for now. As I headed to the register, I noticed they had finally stocked Nars Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer. I read the description, and decided to get a few samples to try at home before settling on the Laura Mercier one. I got shades Seychelles (Med Dark 2) and Martinique (Med Dark 3). I tried it out the next day and immediately fell in love!! This stuff is amazing!! Has spf 30, non--comedogenic, oil free, extremely lightweight, and gives you the most beautiful natural glow. Coverage is great also. More like a light-med foundation. Leaves a sort of dewy finish, which im not a fan of so I set it with a light dusting of Mac's MSF Natural. Those 2 together are my power combo. Iv'e been wearing it ever since. I walked into my local Mac store this past week and the MUA there complimented me on how flawless my face was. He was amazed to know that I had on a tinted moisturizer. Even more confirmation that this stuff rocks!
Now as I mentioned above, I had samples in 2 shades. I tried Martinique the first day. After a few hours I realized that this product does oxidize a bit, and it was clearly too dark for my complexion. I then tried Seychelles ( a shade lighter), and it was a perfect match. So for a reference, im an NC50 in Mac, 175 in Makeup Forever HD, Macao in Nars Sheer Glow, and New Guinea (tad bit dark) in Sheer Matte. If you guys happen to be any of those shades Seychelles should be a great match. But to be on the safer side, I always suggest getting samples if possible first. The only downside that I happened to find was the price. It's $42 for 1.9oz of product. May be a bit steep for some. However, I've wasted so much money testing out other brands, so I myself happen to not mind. All you need is a tiny bit to cover your entire face, so im sure this will last me a while. Good job Nars... finally found my HG tinted moisturizer!
Have any of you guys tried out this moisturizer? If not, do you plan on doing so?

I think I will bite the bullet and try this!
@Trayceeee Give it a try! You can always get a sample first. They give a good amount of product for you to really test it out! If you do end up giving it a shot i'd love to know your thoughts on it.
