Mac By Request Collection for Fall 2012

Mac fans, are to vote for their favorite shades starting March 12 on Facebook. 18 popular lipsticks, lipglasses, and eyeshadows have been selected from past collection; the three shades with the most votes from each category will come back as an online exclusive, limited edition collection. Voting opens to all Facebook fans March 12-30. The collection will be available in North America in August and Internationally Fall 2012.

I love that Mac came up with this concept! A lot of the items above I haven't even heard of, as I really got heavy into the makeup scene around the end of 2007. I would definitely love to see a couple items prior to that. Candy Yum Yum was a hit, and is still extremely hard to find, but I think Mac launched enough bright bold pinks recently to cover everyone through the summer. I missed out on 3N lipstick, and would love a shot at that! This gives me hope that they may just relaunch an infamous Mineralize Skin Finish that I missed out on but heard raves of.... Metal Rock!
